Client responsibilities
Successful delivery depends on timely access to the information, materials, approvals, and people we need. You are responsible for the accuracy of materials you provide and for ensuring you have the rights to share them with us.
Fees and payment
Fees are as stated in the applicable statement of work. Invoices are payable within the agreed terms. Late payments may pause work and incur charges where permitted by law.
Warranties and disclaimer
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the website and any general information on it are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability

Confidentiality

Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable agreement. On termination, you will pay for work performed up to the termination date.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Raipur, Chhattisgarh will have jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
